About Radon Control Services, LLC
 Radon Control Services uses quality building materials
consistent with the exterior of the home without an
up-charge. We also try to place the system in an
inconspicuous area of the home if at all possible.
Systems are customized depending on the structure of the
home and the radon level. All work will be done in
accordance with EPA, DEP and local codes.
Radon Control Services protects its clients by staying
educated through the American Association of Radon
Scientists and Technologists. We are also fully insured
with completed operations and worker’s comp insurance.
Most systems installed will be backed by our conditional
fully transferable lifetime guarantee that the radon
level will be reduced to 3.9pci/l or below (based on a
long term test). All systems have a 5 year warranty on
the fan. Most
of the time we can provide free estimates over the phone
and we will email the proposal the same day. Systems are
installed quickly with follow-up testing done with
either a continuous monitor or charcoal canisters. |
